    Panchayat Samiti Jiwati

    Rajura and Korpana talukas were divided and Jiwati taluka was formed in July 2002. Also, in the year 2005, the Panchayat Samiti of Jiwati was formed. Jiwati taluka is bordered by Rajura taluka in the north, Korpana taluka in the west, and Telangana state in the east and south. Jiwati taluka is located in a hilly area and its average altitude is 400 meters.
