Rural Water Supply Department Zilla Parishad The head of this department is a Class 1 officer of the State Government. His designation is Executive Engineer (Rural Water Supply). In addition, a Class 2 officer works as Sub-Executive Engineer. It is headed by a sub-engineer who looks after the mechanical work. Working in sub-divisions in the district as sub-divisional engineers of class-2 to supervise at Panchayat Samiti level.
